MasonrySaver Low Gloss Paver Sealer is a durable, water-based, clear brick paver sealer designed to protect and beautify both clay brick and cement patio type paver stones. It also seals the joint sand and has a low gloss finish. Low Gloss Paver Sealer provides protection from both water and the ultraviolet light of the sun. It can be used on most types of horizontal, above grade concrete applications, including clay brick, clay paver stones, and natural stone. Paver Sealer is formulated with durable acrylic resins that help to prevent color loss, and prevent water penetration. It is also hardens the joint sand in between the pavers which helps keep patios cleaner by keeping the sand from washing out during periods of heavy rain. When properly applied, Low Gloss Paver Sealer enhances the beauty of any paver with a subtle, low-gloss angular sheen.

This is a good product and per instructions, it must be done with two coats. First coat on cement pavers really soaks up the material. Second coat applies much easier with less than half the material needed as first coat. Does a nice job of binding the joint sand and leaves a sheen on the pavers that looks good and repels some water. Dries per instructions and hopefully will repel black mold. Make sure you clean surface throughly before applying.
