The LS2 Horizon Helmet The LS2 Horizon modular motorcycle helmet was built for riders, by riders. Shell Sizes range from X-Small to 2X-Large. 3 shell sizes for a perfect fit! Shells are constructed out of High-Pressure Thermoplastic Technology (HPTT). Meets or exceeds DOT FMVSS 218 and ECE 22.05 standard. Shield "A Class" Polycarbonate shield is optically correct, scratch and UV resistant. “C” style quick change shield system built into the helmet. This helmet also has a built-in sun shield. Included in the box is a Pinlock insert. Security The Horizon uses a quick release chin strap for a secure fit. Ventilation The fully adjustable, multiport, dynamic, flow through ventilation with channeled EPS to keep you cool. Product Features
The interior is a soft technical fabric that wicks moisture to keep you cool and comfortable on those long days in the saddle. The rear spoiler and ported vents allow for dynamic, flow-through ventilation. The chin vent is ported to flow air to the rides face and assist with keep the shield free of fog.
The face shield is made of optically correct Class A polycarbonate. The controls are easy to find and easy to use, even with a gloved hand. The chin bar flips up and out of the way for those breaks when you re checking a map or talking to friends. It has a solid detent at the top so it won t drop down when you don t want it to.
The internal drop-down sunshield is cable actuated for a long life and ease of use. Everything you need and want in a modular helmet, offered at a great value from LS2. Meets or exceeds DOT FMVSS 218 and ECE 22.05 certification.

First off, I now own 3 LS2 Helmet models. This recent purchase of the LS2 Horizon Modular helmet was no hesitation for me due to the fact that I know there quality.I received my helmet in 2 days as I did the other two helmets. I ride daily, year round in NE Pennsylvania and I'm telling you these helmets are built solid. I purchased the Horizon because I really enjoy the modular option! This helmet is built just as well as my Rapid and my Assault,both or which I have owned for over a year now and have had zero problems with them.This Horizon fits perfect and accurate to their size chart. I have never had a problem with fit. The Horizon comes pinlock ready and with an FF902 Pinlock insert, It has a built in sun screen that actually works!!! It's cable actuated and dose not flop around or rattle when in the up position. Just so many good things to say about these helmets. Most importantly they are priced right!!! You can't go wrong purchasing these helmets. I'm not being paid for this review, it's just my true honest experience with these helmets. The ventilation is amazing and works very very well!!! Get lots of fresh air in the helmet. I rode with it for about 2 hours today and really did enjoy it! One other thing, It's really easy turning your head to either side due to the way the base of the helmet is shaped, you can really turn your head very well wearing this helmet. Try one, you won't be disappointed!!!
