The color has a tan hue to it rather than more green. However, It is stylish and rich looking.Very pleased with this purchase!Great shoes for dressing up a pair of jeans and comfortable enough to wear all day.Glad that I made this purchase, nice leather, fit true to size, comfortable especially with history of edema(swelling) in feet, received multiple/numerous positive complements about shoes, would recommend to be purchased.This is a very comfortable sassy shoes that’s worth the price. The red color which I ordered is classy and the design on the heels / back is beautiful. I do have bilateral bunions and was concerned with this Mary Jane, but order your normal size the shock absorption and padding is moderate but you can easily add your orthotics if you like more protection. The leather is supple and overall the shoe is light.Time will tell. If they prove durable, I will add another star. This far,this is my second pair of SpringSteps, and these seem less fragile than the cork- soled sandals. If you are looking for a pretty shoe in which you can actually walk, these are an option.***Update: the upper heel rubs and like many leather shoes they need to be broken in. I bought heel protector cushions for the back of the shoes and it solved the problem. I still love these shoes and ordered every color. I normally wear 7.5 or 8. I ordered 7.5-8 and they fit like a glove. The heel height is just right and the style will work with dresses or jeans. I worry about the longevity of velcro, but overall the shoes are amazing.I really liked the looks of this shoe in a petite size in the picture. But just looked really chunky in my solid size 11. Too bad….I had to send them back.I am a guy and always wear a women’s 10M or 41 euro and these red, Mary Jane clogs fit perfectly. Believe when I say these are very, very comfortable to wear all day long. Plenty of toe room and a heel you won’t know is even there. The Velcro strap over your instep adds plenty of stability to add confidence in your step. I also purchased these in the blue and I have received multiple compliments on the style when out at the store, so that’s always nice. I’ll be able to wear these right up to the first snow.
